Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
For:
• Pre-orders
• Limited edition pieces
• Custom or handmade items
Production timelines will be stated on the product page and may vary.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Pre-order and made-to-order pieces require additional production time.
Estimated production timelines are approximate and not guaranteed.
Customers will receive tracking information once the item has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times depend on:
• Destination
• Carrier
• Customs processing (for international orders)
Estimated delivery time does not include production time.
4. High-Value / Oversized Items (Art Tables, Large Pieces)
Large or high-value pieces may ship via:
• Freight carrier
• White-glove delivery
• Signature-required delivery Customer must inspect items upon delivery.
If visible damage is present:
• Note it with the carrier before signing
• Take photos immediately
• Contact us within 48 hours Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may void claims.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
ZenMysticalArts is not responsible for:
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier
• Theft after confirmed delivery If your package is lost in transit, contact us so we can assist with a carrier claim.
6. International Shipping
International customers are responsible for:
• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• VAT
• Any additional fees required by their country
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:
• Customer is responsible for reshipping fees
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays caused by:
• Carrier disruptions
• Weather
• Natural disasters
• Customs delays
• Supply chain interruptions
9. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier.
